How do I reserve a car?

To reserve a car, simply select your preferred vehicle and rental period using our booking slider and submit your request. Once we receive it, we immediately check availability and confirm your booking. If the selected car is not available, we will propose suitable alternatives.

To finalize the reservation, you only need to confirm your intention to rent and share a copy of your passport and share a phone number that we can reach you on whatsapp. No deposit is required. Full payment is made upon delivery of the car in Mauritius.

Some customers may be concerned about not paying a deposit, but rest assured — we are a professional and trusted car rental company with many satisfied customers and excellent reviews. Your reservation is secure and guaranteed with us.

We accept cash in any currencies or credit card. Payment by credit card cost an extra of 3% for bank charges.

We do not charge anything when you book a car with us. The payment is effectuated on delivery of the car.

Yes, we accept payments by credit or debit card. We also accept cash payments in several currencies.

There is no excess blocked from your credit card. You only pay the car rental amount on delivery of the car.

No deposit or excess amount is blocked on your credit card at the time of rental. However, the hirer remains liable for the applicable insurance excess in the event of an accident where the hirer is at fault or where the third party is unknown. The insurance excess ranges from €375 to €525, depending on the vehicle model.

All our vehicles include basic insurance in the rental price. This means that if you are involved in an accident and you are not at fault, you will have nothing to pay. However, in the event of an accident where the hirer is at fault or where the third party is unknown, the hirer is responsible for the applicable insurance excess, which ranges from €375 to €525, depending on the vehicle model.

To minimize your financial liability, we offer two optional premium insurance coverages: Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW). These options can be added at an additional daily cost and will significantly reduce—or in the case of SCDW, fully eliminate—the insurance excess payable if you are involved in an at-fault accident.

  • Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)€13 per day
    Covers damage to the rental vehicle excluding windows and tires.
    In the event of an at-fault accident, the hirer’s liability is reduced, with an amount payable ranging from €104 (minimum) to €194 (maximum), depending on the vehicle model.

  • Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW)€17 per day
    Covers damage to the rental vehicle including windows and tires.
    In the event of an at-fault accident, the hirer’s liability is further reduced, with an amount payable ranging from €130 (minimum) to €224 (maximum), depending on the vehicle model.

I have submitted a booking request but have not received any response. Why?

If you have not received a response, it is usually due to one of the following reasons:

  • Your booking request is less than 3 rental days. As such this has not been acknowledge.

  • You requested a monthly-only vehicle for a rental period of less than 30 days. In such cases, the request is not acknowledged, as these vehicles are strictly reserved for long-term rentals.

Long-Term / Monthly Rental Terms

  • Long-term rentals are subject to a minimum rental period of 30 days.

  • Vehicles labeled “Monthly Rental Only” are not available for short-term rentals.

  • The displayed price for monthly-only vehicles is a special long-term monthly rate.

  • Any booking request for a monthly-only vehicle with a rental period of less than 30 days will not be acknowledged.

  • All long-term rentals are subject to availability and final confirmation at the time of booking.

We do not charge any fees for making or canceling a car booking. Cancellations made in advance are free of charge.

However, a disturbance fee of €100 will apply if the vehicle has already been delivered to the airport and our driver is waiting for you, and you then inform us that you will not proceed with the rental. This fee covers driver time and fuel costs.

While our fleet consists of relatively recent and well kept vehicles, it’s impossible to entirely rule out the potential for mechanical issues. However, rest assured that we are well-equipped to handle such situations, and we will promptly offer the required support. We provide 24 hours assistance. If it is a minor break down, we will repair the car on spot within 15 mins. Otherwise if it is a major issue, a new car will be provided.
You can rent a car for a minimum of 3 days.
Delivery is free of charge in the north of the island around Grand Bay where our office is based. An additional fees will be charge to deliver car depending where you are based of.
You are permitted to drive a vehicle using the official driving license issued by your country’s governing body. An international license is not required.
Second driver is free of charge.
You have to call us on +230 57573875 which is available on a 24 hour basis and you will be guided. We will also come to assist you where you had the accident.
Our delivery team will meet you at Paul, the first pastry shop you’ll see when exiting the main arrivals hall at the airport.

Yes, we do offer long-term and monthly car rentals. The first vehicle displayed on our website slider is available exclusively for long-term rental (minimum 30 days), and its price is calculated at a special long-term monthly rate. This vehicle appears on the booking form as “Suzuki_Swift_GLX22_Monthly_Rental_Only.” Please note that bookings for this vehicle will only be acknowledged if the rental period is at least 30 days. Requests for shorter rental durations will not be accepted, as this car is strictly reserved for monthly rentals.
